Agreement

By using any application on stonebuilt.io or its subdomains ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services

StoneBuilt provides web applications for specific communities and use cases. Each application may have its own purpose, rules, and user expectations. The applications are provided as-is for the benefit of their intended communities.

Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission
• Upload malicious code or content

Data and content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Services. By using the Services, you grant us the right to store and display your content as necessary to provide the application's functionality.

Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any application at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users before discontinuing a service.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneBuilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, contact travis.stone@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
