Who we are

StoneBuilt ("we", "us", "our") builds and operates web applications available at stonebuilt.io and its subdomains. Our contact email is travis.stone@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you sign in to a StoneBuilt application using Google, we receive:

• Email address — used to identify your account
• Display name — shown in the application
• Profile photo URL — displayed as your avatar

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google services. We only use the basic profile information provided during sign-in.

How we use your data

Your information is used solely to:

• Create and maintain your user account
• Display your name and avatar within the application
• Enforce access control (for private applications)

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database service. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our database is hosted in the US-East-1 region.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, contact us at travis.stone@gmail.com and we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Third-party services

Our applications use:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Google OAuth — sign-in authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — frontend hosting (Vercel Privacy Policy)
• Railway — backend hosting (Railway Privacy Policy)

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account permissions

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
